Disconnecting is available in the application
To stop future synchronization, sign in, open the connected-finance area in Life & Money, find the institution, and choose Disconnect. If a Plaid disconnection succeeds, PlannerDate asks Plaid to remove the Item, clears PlannerDate's stored access token, and marks the connection and accounts disconnected.
Request account data access, correction, or deletion
- Open the PlannerDate contact form. Use the email address associated with your account whenever possible.
- Write “Privacy request” or “Data deletion request” at the start of your message. State whether you want access, correction, deletion of imported financial history, deletion of selected records, or deletion of the full PlannerDate account.
- Wait for identity verification. PlannerDate may ask you to confirm control of the account or registered email. Never send a password, login code, bank username, bank password, Plaid credential, or full account number.
There is no self-service account-deletion endpoint in the current application. Requests are reviewed and performed manually after identity and scope are verified; this page does not promise an automated or immediate deletion.
Be clear about the scope
You can ask about one or more of the following:
- account and profile information;
- tasks, calendar events, work, and Life & Money records;
- connected institutions, accounts, transactions, manual categories, and connection tokens;
- payroll profile, time entries, paycheck estimates, and reconciliation links;
- sessions, sign-in identities, notification settings, in-app communications, or support messages; or
- the full PlannerDate account and associated application records.
If your request affects connected financial or payroll records, note that those records can be related. PlannerDate will confirm the intended scope before making an irreversible change.
What happens after a request
PlannerDate will review the request, take reasonable steps to verify identity, clarify its scope when needed, and explain what can be accessed, corrected, or deleted in the current system. Information may be retained when needed for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation. The active database and any existing backups are not the same system; deleting active records may not immediately rewrite backup copies.
Because this is a manual process, no fixed completion period is promised on this page. Applicable law may provide a response deadline or additional rights, which PlannerDate will follow where required.
Plaid and financial-institution data
PlannerDate's Plaid Link flow does not give PlannerDate your online-banking username or password. Plaid and your institution process the sign-in interaction. PlannerDate receives tokens and the account and transaction information you authorize.
Disconnecting a Plaid connection removes PlannerDate's ongoing Plaid access when provider removal succeeds. A PlannerDate deletion request covers data held by PlannerDate; Plaid and your institution may retain information under their own policies. You may also review Plaid's privacy information or manage connections through Plaid and your institution.
Start a request
If you cannot sign in, you can still use the public contact form. Use the account's registered email if available and describe the access problem without including credentials.
For your security, PlannerDate support will not ask you to submit a banking password or one-time login code through the form.
